Q: Is The Terrace an assisted living facility?
A: No. Terrace Communities provide independent living for seniors. We do not provide 24 hour licensed medical staff. You come and go as you please in an active and friendly environment.

Q: Do I have to pay extra for meals or activities?
A: Most activities are included in your monthly all-inclusive package as well as breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday.

Q: Can I furnish my apartment with my possessions?
A: Absolutely. Our lifestyle consultants will assist you in furniture layout for your new home and can also recommend movers and estate sales professionals.

Q: Is transportation provided or do I still need my car?
A: Yes, group transportation is provided on a regular schedule. However, if you want to keep your car, we provide parking, also.

Q: Who takes care of housekeeping and trash pick-up?
A: Both housekeeping services and trash pick-up are taken care of by our staff and are included in your all-inclusive package.

Q: Do I have to pay for my utilities?
A: Utilities including electricity, A/C, heat, water and sewer are covered - everything except telephone and cable TV.

Q: What kind of activities are available for me at The Terrace?
A: We offer everything from bingo to bridge and body toning to water aerobics and more! In other words, a host of physical and social activities to make life more enjoyable.
